The role

As a seasoned Occupational Therapist, you will be instrumental in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Your role will involve:

• Working with 0 - 65 year olds
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to accurately identify client needs.
• Developing and implementing personalised intervention plans aligned with clients' NDIS goals.
• Delivering evidence-based therapy sessions, continuously monitoring and adjusting to optimize outcomes.
• Providing expert support to both pediatric and adult clients, addressing their unique needs with sensitivity.
• Collaborating within a transdisciplinary team to ensure integrated, high-quality service delivery.
• Maintaining detailed records and generating reports to track client progress and inform treatment adjustments.
• Participating actively in team meetings and contributing your expertise to case discussions.
