The role

As the Team Leader, you will:

Inspire and lead the Occupational Therapy team.
Oversee clinical education and mentoring programmes.
Manage timetables, availability, and client allocations efficiently.
Assist with nurturing the professional growth of new practitioners.
Utilise your excellent clinical skills, including experience with the NDIS.
Support clients by maintaining a reduced clinical caseload.
Embody and promote their core values.
Lead by example in induction, mentoring, and CPD programmes.
